Designed and developed web applications for an Integrated Support Facility in the Boston area, supporting both front end development using JavaScript as well as backend development using Java, Hibernate, Spring and Struts to access an Oracle database. Previous projects include image understanding, signal processing, and development of a mapping interface with GPS tracking on a Windows CE platform device. Published and presented several papers at computer vision conferences.

Served at Information Technology officer with Fleet Intelligence Training Center Pacific (FITCPAC 0194). Managed access to and use of training assets. Designed and developed on-line training system to assist enlisted personnel in passing advancement exams.
